Rates herebelow include
* bed linen and towels, with weekly change
* 1 beach umbrella and 2 sun beds available
* final cleaning, except the kitchen which must be left clean and tidy
Rates herebelow do not include:
* extra single bed included linen: € 50 per week
* cradle, linen excluded: € 50 per week
* air conditioning unit/heater: € 35 per day
* washing mashine coin: € 3 each
* animal live in the apartment: € 50
* final cleaning: € 50
Settlement will be done at your arrival while handing over apartment keys by cash (we do not accept credit cards).
At your arrival you will be asked for a cautional deposit of € 250, which will be given back at your departure after an accurate check of the flat.
In caso di partenza anticipata rispetto alle ore 9 del sabato mattina o in giorno diverso dal sabato, la cauzione di € 250 verrà restituita tramite bonifico bancario dopo controllo appartamento e decurtata delle spese bancarie.
If at your departure the kitchen and the fridge will not be left clean and tidy, we will keep from your cautional deposit the amount of € 100; the same will be done if you leave the flat later than 10 p.m.
Check in: Saturday from 16 to 18 p.m.
Check out: Saturday from 9 to 10 p.m.
Accomodation rules
* Possible claims of damage or untidiness have to be declared when taking into possession of the place, afterwards you will be responsible of it.
* Villa Clara rule, shown on the board next to the lift (ground floor), must be respected by all the guests of the house.
* Domestic animals are welcome, but the owner will have care that they do not disturb other guests and do not cause any damage to the house.
* The number of people who will stay in the apartment will not be higher than the booked bed spaces.
* Il saldo dovrà avvenire al momento della consegna della chiavi con assegno o contanti (non è possibile effettuare pagamenti con carta di credito).
